Our members enjoy time with CFS staff through activities that are centered around interactions to help meet their treatment goals. We utilize a hands-on, community-based approach, to explore and support local resources. Our goal is for members to develop and fine-tune essential skills to improve overall health and wellness.
Our Approach
Our Services
In-School Programming
We provide in-school servicing. Our Behavioral Health technicians work with clients in the classroom and help redirect them when necessary. Our goal is to keep the client in the learning environment.
After School/ Weekend Program
We provide afterschool and weekend services to clients to work on life skills and peer support services. These sessions often include community-based recreational outings.
Family Support
CFS staff can help families with medication education, symptom management, parenting classes, and, quarterly meetings with parents and school (if applicable) to ensure continuity of care. We strive to help each of our families grow and learn together.
Adult & Senior Programs
We provide an array of services for adults and seniors that include sessions run by certified peer support specialists, individual treatment plans to reach goals, symptom management, basic computer skills, community-based recreational outings and activities, counseling, and substance abuse support (group and individual). CFS staff will also help teach social and communication skills to maximize the members to live and participate in the community.
CFS is also proud to offer GED services and job training.
